Old Friends Northern Event

Thursday 2^nd March 2023 – Leeds

The opportunity to hold an event in the north of the country has been an agenda item for many years and finally, last year, we agreed to go ahead and organise one – and we are so glad that we did!

66 Old Friends and guests gathered at Chaophraya, an oriental venue in the very heart of Leeds city centre. They had travelled from all over the country to be there – the Southeast, the Midlands and the North.

Very pleasingly too, practically the whole spectrum of the industry was represented – wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and their groups as well as education, software and service providers.

We had the entire first floor to ourselves with a private bar and buffet area. The atmosphere was terrific, with so many in attendance and plenty of room to circulate and mingle. The buffet was superb, catering for all tastes, and the food never seemed to stop coming – we were very well looked after indeed.

After the traditional raffle, the evening continued and then spilled out into a few little parties around Leeds.

So much positive feedback has been received (and a number of applications for membership received)

Look out Leeds – we will be back!
